He is a graduate of Sciences Po (Institut d’études politiques de Paris) with a Master’s degree in International Security. He is an expert in public policy and geopolitics. He is doing a doctoral degree in law from Université Paris Nanterre, France.

He is a dynamic entrepreneur with interest in new technologies and project finance. He is overseeing the operations of the firm. This involves contributing to the development and execution of the company’s overall strategy. He is also involved in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency across all departments.

Mr. H Madhavan is a seasoned petroleum geologist with over 35 years of experience with ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation). He was the Executive Director, overseeing exploratory activities across multiple basins in both onshore and offshore regions. During his tenure at ONGC’s corporate office in New Delhi, he strategized, planned, and monitored the company’s exploratory activities nationwide. Mr. Madhavan superannuated as Basin Manager of Western Onshore Basin, where he oversaw exploratory activities in western India.

Mr K J Rao has 30 years of work experience in ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation). He held the position of Head Recruitment in ONGC at Western and Eastern sectors and also at Head Quarters of ONGC. He has worked as HR consultant cum advisor to Petreven Inc of Italy for two years during their entry in to drilling work in Rajeswari field in the state of Rajasthan. Mr Rao has undergone training in quality management and associated as MR and lead auditor in obtaining the ISO certification for HR in ONGC.
